Solids
My baby is almost 8 months old and he refuses to eat anything besides yogurt and apple sauce. Any ideas open to anything I’m not sure if he is more picky about the flavors or textures but he always throws up when we try new foods.

@Gabrielle Actual throw up /spit up he gags and then pretty much will spit up (like normal spit up) but with the food that he had in his mouth too

My baby is the same he likes only cerelac poorige and some solids he hates baby food but I just give him what he likes and try to give him some of my food here and there

Mix different purées into the yogurt. When you say “throws up” do you mean actual vomit? Or gagging?
