How Do You Manage Your Kids’ Meals?

Hi everyone, I’m curious about how other parents manage their kids’ meals. Could you share: 1. What types of food you usually give your kids? 2. At what times during the day do you serve meals and snacks? I’d love to hear how your children respond to different foods and if you follow any specific schedule or routine. My little one 7 months old and I’m trying to gather ideas to improve our meal plan. Looking forward to your tips and experiences! Thanks!

My little boy just eats what I eat, at the same time as me. Apart from dinner which he has earlier as we don't eat until he goes to bed. For example, yesterday was 9am - Weetabix & half a banana 12pm - small tortilla wrap with tomato puree, cheese and Italian herbs cut into pizza slices 5pm - rigatoni pasta with pesto and roasted veg / yoghurt Today 9am - Avo on toast 12pm - Scrambled egg, cucumber and peppers We don't do snacks yet, just 3 meals. Xx

@Rebecca little one is 7 or 8 months ?

Today she had Raspberries and oats for breakfast around 7.30. Then at 12ish she had brocoli and cream cheese pasta and some Banana. Then dinner at 4.30/5 she had cod, sweet potato wedges and corn on the cob and some Strawberries with natural yoghurt. She's still on 4 bottles a day so haven't started snacks yet.

He's just turned 8 months. We went up to 3 meals when he turned 8 months x
