Food texture

My 13 month old won’t eat anything soft she can squish with her mouth… she won’t eat chicken, ground beef/chicken or fish.. she won’t even eat rice and I’m feeling defeated and having such a hard time feeding her…. Any advice?

Feeding can be frustrating. What about eggs or cooked beans/lentils? I also usually mix things she is not completely thrilled about with yogurt (she loves yogurt).

She’ll eat refried beans only.. ive tried cooking and blending my own and she doesn’t like them and eggs she’s kind of not wanting lately but she DID like them 😭 it’s so frustrating

Maybe try making a soup with a little chicken in it and veggies.

Having the same issues 😩

@AH no soup, hadn’t wanted soup since she was about 10 months 🤦‍♀️ and doesn’t eat chicken either…

I’ve been experimenting with new foods lately and I made these chicken zucchini fritters that are nutritional and she LOVED. Without chicken and cheese are also really good! Grated zucchini Grated sweet potato Ground chicken 1 egg 2 tbsp oat flour 1 garlic or other type of seasoning of your choice Cheese (optional) Mix and cook until golden brown.
