It’s hard! I’m back at work full time. I’m definitely running/home workout more but then dropping into the odd class at my gym. I’d love to do more at the gym but by the time I’ve driven etc it’s quicker to just go for a run. In the mind set of it won’t last forever! 🫶🏻
I used to do morning home workout lots up til baby was 6 months old but more often than not she is in our bed come morning so I don't leave her and workout during the day with her in tow now. I basically do 20 minutes at a time. I have also just got a running buggy so will take her out for nap time in that a couple of times a week hopefully 😁
I found it so easy when I was at home but when I went back to work it was difficult to fit it in! The 5/5.30am starts get tiring and I don’t want to start a workout at 8pm when I’ve put my boy to bed! I’m about to have my second and looking forward to being at home a bit more to get some more workouts done 😍
I go to the gym straight from work Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays- husband picks up the little one from childcare those evenings and he does dinners those evenings. Also I work from home twice a week so I going in my walking pad at lunch Tuesdays and Thursdays.
I workout in the morning before work. It means a 5:30 start, but I like to get it done. I only workout Monday-Friday and take the weekend to rest. I do home workouts so I can be done and showered by 6:30
