Mine loves fruit and crackers, babybell cheeses, pretzels, fruit leather, we also like the Earth's Best organic snack bars; they're like Nutrigrain bars, but for toddlers.
Meal times are a bit harder haha. He loves to snack all day, but is picky about actual meals. Oatmeal is a hit for breakfast 99% of the time (as long as it's the fruity kind). Hot dogs are one he'll also eat at least 90% of the time. Most pastas are a hit. Quesadillas. We like to sneak veggies in smoothies, and he loves those too ☺️
Pizza, pasta, quesadillas, Mac and cheese, loves soup, eggs, fish sticks, tortellini and ravioli, dumplings
Snacks wise: fruit (her current obsession are freeze dried strawberries) we also do granola bars, jello, veggie straws, goldfish, hippeas and sometimes applesauce pouches which she’s not too into these days 😅 Meals wise: Mac & cheese (I either throw peas or broccoli to sneak in veggies) Avocado toast, grilled cheese, quesadillas, homemade pizzas (they come out way cheaper!) rice & beans, pasta, zucchini or squash, egg bites & croissants with ham & Swiss. She can be picky at times too though and will snack quite a bit!
Dried cranberries. Fruit and yogurt. Pickles. Cottage cheese. Salmon. Steak. Shrimp. Sliced turkey. Mandarin oranges. Canned Peaches
Snack wise my daughter loves teddy grahams, she’s a big graham cracker lover. Veggie straws are a hit too
