How often do you clean your toddlers room?

My 3 year old is a tornado and knows how to make a mess quick, as long as it’s toys and nothing food or trash related I clean up the living room at night and her room every few days. According to my ex I’m a bad example for her because I don’t trail behind her cleaning through out the day? His exact words, am I wrong

My son is 3 (4 in april) I clean it everyday but we rotate toys and don’t have a lot out so it’s not a huge disaster at the end of the night. I’ve been working with him to pick up messes…so if he dumps out a box of something and tries to go to another activity I’ll ask him to pick up his mess and I’ll help HIM pick it up. He’s 3, so I don’t expect him to help every time or even pick up everything but he has improved a lot and has even started cleaning up his own messes! I’m also a SAHM so it’s easy for me to stay on top of it

I have a 5 year old . I’m always cleaning throughout the house, including his room. He always has some random stuff, food, ect,. We’re having problems of him not picking up after himself when done playing. He gets very lazy.. starts whining and complaining and talks back.. 🙃

I try to get my 2 year old to help clean up in between activities. Like if she was playing blocks but wants to get her crayons out and color, I tell her she has to pick up blocks first before we can color. Mine is also super motivated by the clean up song. I always try to get her to help me. It doesn’t always work right now because she’s 2 but as she gets older, I will enforce it more.

Cleaning done every morning and tidy up every night including toys put away x
