Is it policy to write some report if another child hit your child?

Usually an accident report gets written up if your child got hurt but not sure about when another child strikes yours in the face and bleeds Toddler room Open to hearing experiences and how it got handled. The girl that hit my son has had recurring issues and management and staff of daycare talk to the parents but the parent deny there's an issue. They haven't even got her a proper coat after being asked multiple times (isn't that a CAS issue?)

We get a report either way - if my kid did something, or if something happened to her. Either way they don't tell me who the other kid is, just what happened and my child's role

Our daycare gives report to both parties.

Oh wow. So that child strike at you? Just wanted to try to understand correctly. I don't know if they would get written up as my daughter haven't got in those situations. I hope I don't. I have seem staff at my daughter childcare talikg to the parents about their child's issue. I get phone for small falls and hits. I love the daycare my daughter. Parents do report to Child ministry for issues. Sometimes a bit to much I've heard and think. Pitty stuff.
