Aquaphor and shea butter. Put shea butter on then top with aquaphor (before bed cuz your hands will be super slippery) or buy disposable gloves to put on so you can do things while it soaks in. You need THICKKKKK creams, not am just standard lotions. Also if you ever go to a nail shop ask about a paraffin wax treatment!
Oh girl me too. So I just about tried everything. I would go with aquaphor and gloves and try not to get them wet..wear gloves everytime you do even when your washing yourself
I tried everything but the tallow
My husband has similar issues and he uses whatever lotion works best and puts cotton gloves over the top at night. Has helped a lot
Olive oil followed by Working Hands cream works a charm 🫶🏻
I use Aveeno Intense Relief. It works wonders for me but needs to be applied regularly.
I used to work as a line cook, I fully understand what you’re talking about. Here’s what I used to do, Goldbond immediately after washing and any time I started to feel a dry patch then at night I would use some overnight hand cream and wear those overnight gloves. If it doesn’t get better talk to your doctor and they can prescribe you a topical lotion.
I put Vaseline on my hands and wear socks at night. Works wonders!
Working Hands 🙌🏻
