App for baby groups
Hi I am trying to find out about all the different baby groups in my area but am finding it a bit of a minefield having to go on lots of different websites and then email to contact groups individually to find out if they are still running, does anyone use an app which has everything all in one place? I have tried happity but still find lots of groups missing from here for my area

Look at your local children’s centre. They often have Facebook and will have timetable of free baby groups running each week
I feel the same! I can’t believe the lack of groups in my area and how much some groups are. £8 a lesson 😬 or you have to block book! X
Facebook or Instagram are probably the best bet, following your local council and community spaces etc. Once you’ve done a couple your algorithm should kick in and show you more. As everything is run independently, it’s quite hard to find a central location for anything!

The Health Visitor team (number should be in the red book) have information on local stay & play groups, mother & toddler sessions etc. Would be worth giving them a call as they’re the most up to date 🫶🏻
