The number isn’t monitored they ask you to leave a name and number after the voicemail so do that but tell them the reason your calling and when’s best for them to call you back and hopefully someone should get your message x

yeah i can never get through to anyone, just leave a message. also i think they send you a letter or call you to make an appointment for 8 weeks once you’ve registered your new pregnancy on the app thing

I've never been able to get in touch with anyone either. My expected due date changed quite a bit after my 12 week scan, but the community midwife had already booked my 12 week appointment based off their estimation. Because I'm giving birth at Macclesfield there's no communication between the community team and the hospital. I'm 18 weeks and my 16 week appointment isn't until Tuesday, I've rang and left multiple messages to let them know ect and heard nothing back

This is so sad to hear and it's just horrible that we have to wait for basic health care check ups. I also mentioned on the call that it's making me anxious and causing me stress which it is IDK if that'll make them ring. I also left the time they can ring me so hopefully it'll be better news next week. I wouldn't even mind if they just went and booked an appointment and informed me.
