Any advise please
My twins are about to turn 1 and there dad has only met them a couple times( he has been on drugs and in and out of jail and rehab)he doesn’t help with anything but I was on pregnancy medicaid and now dws is wanting me to call ors. I don’t want him on there birth certificate or to have any access to them. I’ve thought about just saying I don’t know who the dad is. Any advice or someone who may have gone through something similar.

Get as far away from him as possible and start over.
Definitely say you have no idea who the dad is.

You can’t use him name or social on anything ever. Otherwise he can always come back around and try to get custody
