I was told to allow up to an hour.

The usually go over any results that you have so far, do a lot of screening things (ie. domestic violence, medical history, concerns during pregnancy or going forward, breast feeding intentions), go through the run down of what to expect for appointments (timeline) and refer to any other professionals or supportive services you may need during pregnancy.
