I m going through burnout.I need to bounce back.

I ve been signed off work for a month.I m going through something like mum/worl burnout.I m struggling so much..I hate my job and want to leave but I worry about money..I don't want to do anything.I just want to sit at home where I m safe...don't knownif it's inhealed trauma after abusive relationship..something isn't right....its like my body gave up..I feel like I m in freeze mode...don't know what to do

Have you tried speaking with someone? Such as a doctor or therapist based on where you are. I went through burnout and I’ve been diagnosed with depression and anxiety and I’m currently on medication for it now which has helped. I also hate my job and keep worrying about money so I’m on a look out for a new job x

At Julia I spoke to doctors.they didn't offer meds.she ve sent me a link to therapy, but I don't know how to go about it when I work??

You can continue your therapy whilst working as you can try to get the appointment for after work or on your lunch break. You can always give it a go and try it as it may really help you x

At Julie I m on my own with my daughter.Never have any time for anything.i could never do it after school.definitely not enough time st dinner.not sure how to go about ir it all.to be honest
