Kinda not baby related…

So we have a bit open plan downstairs, I struggle to get the floor done properly during the week with working full time and other things that need doing. It’s laminate flooring all the way through apart from the rug we have down. Anyway I was wondering if anyone has one of these or something similar? Do you find it’s good and quick then sweeping then mopping?

I had this and also the Vax one and absolutely hated both. They just don't work very well. They didn't suction up all the water so ended up just spreading the dirty water around the floor more. You also have to clean the water tank/filters etc frequently otherwise it stinks when you run in. I wouldn't recommend. I've gone back to a traditional mop!

@Rebecca ah that’s a shame, they’re quite expensive and so I thought they would be good. Thank you, for your comment, I think I will stick to a mop.

I have the shark hydrovac and absolutely love it. I still sweep or send the robovac round first, else its more yucky to clean the dirty water compartment. But im really happy with it, only downside is it can only clean up to an inch away from the wall. Still worth doing a proper mop every few weeks for a deeper clean too. But to keep on top of things it makes it super easy.

I have the tineco version and love it. It picks up a lot and I like how it leaves my floors looking after. It’s quick too

@Nicola I know, I was really disappointed with both! For both I went through troubleshooting and was even given replacements too before both companies admitted that’s just how they work and they’re not that great because of that. I sent both back in the end.

@Cesca ooo I will have a look at one, I already have a steam mop, a normal pop and a spray mop already lol. I don’t mind just getting a floor cleaning rather than 2 in 1.

Ooh we’ve got something similar and it’s amazing! We’ve got 2 dogs and toddler crawling around the place and ours is a lifesaver. I think ours is Tineco?

@Sarah ah thank you! The Tinceco ones seem great and aren’t badly priced. We also have a got, he’s short furred though but still shreds a little bit.
