I have a question

So this guy asked me for money what should I do tell him I just paid all my bills and I don’t have it until the next day cause I don’t want nobody to be running over me and that’s OK. I don’t want nobody to date me for my money cause that’s not OK. I feel so disrespectful and when somebody asked me, but it’s OK to help people out I have a feeling when people ask me constantly constantly that mean you need to stop asking me for money because your job not paying you enough get a second job that’s my question. I need advice.
