I've never personally used it but I have several moms in my mommy and me class that absolutely love that app!
Yes even the free parts are extremely helpful and I'd say crucial if you're going to do any sort of BLW
Yess it was helped me so much with my anxiety over serving my son foods, my mum uses it for my son when she’s preparing food for him too x

Thank you all for your feedback! I appreciate it. Baby is 9 months and doesn’t seem to be eating a lot. I’m abroad atm so different types of foods I would get back in the UK are quite limited so I’m trying my best to try something new everyday. I ll have a look at the app and see what I can give my little one. Thank you mamas!

Definitely! I use the free version for how to prepare food. You could pay to see the meal ideas and stuff but just the how to serve each food section is essential.
