Put her in the crawling position and rock her back and forth
You don't really need to do anything right now. There are a ton of muscles they need to build in order to work up to crawling. It's very hard to get strong enough and stable enough to push her torso all the way off the ground on her hands and knees. She's most likely working on one of the many precursors right now. Is she doing any kind of movement? As long as she's not just laying perfectly still, she's working on strengthening something. I know it's rough, but be patient! She'll get there!
@Tess she is sitting up and grabbing toys or if on belly she can move by wiggling and grabbing toys
@Tess it’s just she can’t bare her weight with her hands enough to put hands down
@Akeshia I’ve tried but her hands just drop/ give out and she lands on her face
You have to support her belly and back so hand cuff under, I’ve been doing this with my daughter now she pulling up
I understand, Kaytlen! I'm just saying that she'll get there. She just needs to build the strength and coordination to bear her weight on her hands. There's nothing wrong! Just let her work on whatever she's working on and be patient!
Try putting her over ur leg with her chest on your leg and her arms down on the floor , this helped my daughter lift her upper body .
