All of a sudden feel unorganised

Yep this is my second by this point with my first I had practically everything and what I didn’t I knew was coming at the baby shower there nursery was done the lot this time round I’ve just hit 24 weeks and I’m starting to panic because so much needs to be done 🙃😂

I’ve been dying for this half term to get decluttering and organised. Going to do downstairs this half term and upstairs in Easter and set up the nursery.

@Ellie at first, I felt organised because I have literally bought everything.. however, it’s all in one room which I can’t bloody get into 😂😂😂😂 and now I’m like oh crap I need to get myself in order 😂

@Cheryl ahhh that’s my plan too! I work in a school so I’m like ah half term is the only time for me 😂 just looking at everything feel overwhelmed! How far are you? 🥰x

I have bought one sleepsuit. It is my second so we have the pram & crib etc in the loft. But we need to get my 4yo out the cot and swap with the single bed in the spare room, then turn the spare room into baby’s room. Then go through all the clothes etc I’ve got and check what I actually need to buy.

@Sarah it just feels like a lot to do doesn’t it and I’m one of those ‘ it needs to be done now it’s in my head ‘ kind of people.. after I’ve had dinner later I’m going to crack on a bit more I think 😂😂

I’ve definitely hit “nesting” mode. This is our third but was a surprise so needed to repurchase a lot of things. I have had to buy things in stages but feel like we are slowly getting there. Also work in a school so living for weekends and holidays to get it sorted!! 24 weeks tomorrow so possibly a bit early really but nesting is a real thing!!

I’ve brought my 1st items today baby shopping has officially started 💙💙💙💙 24+1 I’ll be having him in around 12 to 14 weeks time ♥️♥️♥️

Same! This is my second and I was way more organised with my first. His room is still currently my office and all we’ve bought so far is clothes and a next to me cot

@Kirsty We’re going to do the same, switch my first to a floor bed once she’s 2 and then he can have her cot when he moves into his own room

@Hollie 21 weeks so got plenty of time (ish) 😂. It soon flies by! I’ve got to buy a bigger car too so trying to squeeze that in too. Xx
