Vitamins??

My little girl is 20months old. We used to give her vitamin liquid (the wellbaby one) in her morning milk but she no longer has milk in the morning! Should she still be having vitamins and if so what the best way to do that?? She doesn't have a specific drink so hard to mix in to that n her breakfast isn't always something you could add a liquid one to (like toast). I'm completely clueless with this, as I am with many things for this age lol Any n all advice appreciated!

I've always used abidec for my toddler and my baby, 0.3-0.6ml depending on age, straight into the mouth, really simple!

@Rachel thank you this would be a great option!

I give my daughter the kids vitamins out of Aldi. They seem really good when I looked at what's in them but that maybe for when she is a few more months old

We use the well baby liquid in water as their drink with dinner / both our kids love the taste so gulp it down.

I use one from Amazon, called baby tonic. It’s a good one and I give straight from the dropper. As it is stored in the fridge after opening, it may be cold for your LO but my 16 mo doesn't mind. He loves having from the dropper :)
