Questions on everyone’s exercise routine

Is anyone using the elliptical or stationary bike at 16 weeks. I was a huge runner before pregnant but have been scared to run so figured I could get back on elliptical and bike instead for something low impact. I may start running again at 24 weeks or so.

I wasn't a runner before but I feel like I almost couldn't even if I wanted to right now. I'm just so tired and everything is so sensitive while you're preggo. I do try to use the treadmill regularly but I keep about 3.5-4 mph just for my own comfort. I know they say that within reason whatever you were doing before is probably fine so long as it's not high impact

I’ve been struggling to keep up with fitness, I try to get 6-10k steps in and do my birth prep stretches. I also have an app that has pregnancy safe home workouts by week but I find myself dreading working out😅

@Osiris whoops I didn’t tag you in the post. The girl who runs the app just had a baby so she goes over birth prep exercises and postpartum exercises, she’s also super funny and has good energy!
