Magnesium & Calcium

Hey y’all! My doctor put in my chart to consume 400-800mg of magnesium oxide daily. Did anyone else’s doctor recommend this? I look it up and it says it’s beyond the recommendation limits. Also she told me to consume 1200mg of calcium. Worried to take too much calcium supplements now because I already eat yogurt, soy milk, and some cheese on my salad. She still said it wasn’t enough. Would love to hear everyone else’s supplement drama! 🤣

i take magnesium and something else because it helps relieve migraines/headaches, so if you expressed having that issue that could be why.
