Baby not laughing

This is a bit silly but my baby who is 6 months on the 29th still doesn’t really laugh. She CAN laugh as she has done it a couple times but rarely does. This is horrible and I hate my self for feeling this way but I see all my mum friends babies laughing at them so much and it makes me feel jealous! I wish my baby laughed more. Anyone else baby not laughing regularly?

My daughter hardly laughs either. So I just joke that she doesn’t find anything funny or I’m just boring 😂

@Courtney Least its not just me 🤣

Nope!! Mine just looks at me like I’m an absolute weirdo tbh 😂😂😂

@Courtney this reassures me ALL babies around me laugh so much and so easily but mine just looks at me 🤣 she does smile tho

Same here I wouldn’t worry about it, mine don’t even laugh if I tickle her she just makes a weird grunting sound😂😂

@Courtney neither hahha the exact same!!!

When my baby laughs it sounds like he’s hyperventilating 😆

My baby is 6 months old it takes a lot to amuse him lol when he’s tickled he tries his hardest to keep it in. Funny boy! Dont worry about it x But if you are really concerned bring it up with health visitor xx

Thanks ladies!! She does sometimes giggle if I kiss her thighs but it’s hit and miss lol xx

The kissy monster always works😂 I get his neck/under his chin and wriggle my face in there can’t resist laughing😊 xx

My son plays hard to get. My eldest belly laughed and giggled a lot. This baby is really different. He does laugh much more now, but it's more like a cackle, and he screeches with excitement. It's like he holds the laugh in and then can't, so it comes out really forcefully. It's weird 🤣

My baby can laugh but my lord she’s difficult to make laugh and will only laugh for me whereas my first was so easy to make laugh. She’s so smiley though

My first wasn't a laughing baby she had a full resting b face lol x
