Advice?

My boyfriend of almost 5 years has never held a job longer than a month. He finally has a job he likes, got promoted twice, and makes really good money. He says I don't have to work, so I can take care of the kids, schedules, and cleaning. I don't mind doing all that; it's the least I can do. But on his days off or days he gets off when the kids are out of school, he watches TikTok's nonstop or plays his game. I'm all for relaxing and having him-time, but it's all the time. Then he gets on to the kids for doing something wrong when he's not even paying attention to them. Am I overreacting? I try talking to him, but he thinks I'm attacking him. I need advice. I feel like leaving. I feel like he's never going to change.
