It’s so incredibly hard! I feel better leaving mine with loved ones that love him just as much as I do. It is nice to get out of the house, even if it’s just going to work! You got this momma!

Luckily he was weeks when I went back. For the 1st week I'd nip home on my breaks to see him. But the bond that's grown better him and his Dad is so beautiful! That's what gets me through, knowing he's happy

6 weeks*

@Gracie I miss him so much but ik his dad gots him and will care for him but his a mamas boy and loves seeing me when I check on him 😭 big o'l cheesey gummy smile when he sees me and doesn't smile for his dad 😭💔 but ik it will make them closer but I want all of him to my self , but I want to cry at work since I can't see him when I want to or check up on him since I'm at work n I don't feel safe driving home cuase it's icey af when I can't stay with him for aabout an hour

@Patricia my son will be 4months on the "29th" of Feb and I don't think his old enough to be with out me

I went back to work quickly with all my sons. It’s easy when you can’t bond cause of postpartum depression. 😭

@Justice I'm sorry to hear 😢 hopefully you get the bonding now

I go back to work March 10th, hell be a little over 4 months and I am absolutely DREADING it. I am very fortunate to have my mom able to drive down from CO to watch him on my in office weeks so we don't have to use a daycare with strangers but still hurts my heart to think about leaving him for 9 ish hours a day

Oh bless:( It is so hard to start with. You’ll both get into your new routine and it’ll get easier! My little one waves me goodbye as soon as I drop her off to her grandparents now! Like she could pretend to miss me! x

😭😭

@Mylyn I was crying at work cuase I missed him and haven't been to sleep yet cusse I wanted baby snuggles n time with him before I go to sleep and it made me feel like I'm doing the right thing

@Lydia my son don't no I'm leaving since he already in bed asleep when I go to work n won't wake up till bout an hour or 2 before I get home

@Nivea I missed him so much 😭 I cried , but when I got home and saw he was awake it made me feel better since he wasn't fussy for daddy nor anything other then not wanting to go back down about 6am (some times he'll go back down at 6 but others it's about 10 am when he goes back down for a nap)

I don't think you get used to it. I've been back a little over a year and have a hard time leaving my daughter still.

Can you stay at home and work from there?
