I saw my notes in the app Badgernotes, I don't know if that app is use by every midwife
@Nadia when you request them you see everything each doctor writes regarding birth etc badger notes really isn’t much compared to the actual pregnancy delivery and afterwards

I’ve just requested my maternity notes… I spoke to my health visitor first and then googled the trust (for me it’s NHS tayside) and got their email address for a freedom of information request. They sent me a form to be filled out and needed to be countersigned then I have to scan it back to them with 2 forms of ID and they’ll release them.
