Im always the bad guy

My husband was eating a burger. He typically makes them on the rarer side so I told him not to feed it to the baby because it wasn’t cooked thoroughly. She also has food allergies and so we introduce foods individually. So what does he do instead gives her the protein shake he was drinking. Now there was about a sip left in it but at eight months old she doesn’t need any protein. I took it from her when I realized the bottle wasn’t empty and it sparked a tantrum which was expected. I just don’t understand his thinking sometimes. He proceeded to tell me I overreacted and I need to give it back to her but the amount of ingredients in that shake was astronomical. It also included milk which we haven’t yet tested her for and I have a severe milk allergy so we are airing on the side of caution.

whenever i’m in such situation i don’t give a fuck about how other person reacts even if it’s my husband or in laws. i tell them strictly-no you can’t feed this to him. now they always ask me before feeding anything to my baby.
