I agree with Sophie, give it to them for breakfast and then at lunch and dinner give them meals that are more filling. You say baby so I’m guessing weaning? For weaning it’s pretty fair game, ready brek in the morning, maybe some avocado on toast at lunch and some steamed veg and protein for dinner, the fuller they are before bed the more likely they’ll sleep all the way through. Babies don’t need complicated meals, my kids eat the same breakfast everyday but I try to mix up their meals

Why not give them ready brek for breakfast and something else for lunch and dinner ?
