Am I weird for feeling this way?

So basically I had to have an emergent surgery to get my gallbladder out. Day 1 my husband and mom were here with me. Day 2 my mom and husband were both here with me but my husband was gone almost the whole day cleaning the house (very grateful for) but he came back 30 minutes before I had to go to surgery. My brother in law also visited. Day 3 my husband was with me and my mom. My mom and I got into a huge argument and she left. My husband left to go to a job interview. I asked my brother in Law if he could come stay with me to help me until my husband got back. day 4 (today) my husband leaves in the morning to pick up our daughter. Somehow it takes him 2 hours to get back (we live 15 minutes away from the hospital) then when he comes back he’s here for maybe 40 minutes before he gets a call from his dad saying he needs help. 4 hours later he’s at Cabala shopping for fishing gear. I’m a little butt hurt that anytime someone is in the hospital I’m always there to at least pay a visit. I’m here for 4 going on 5 days and no one’s really even come. I feel scared and alone

you’re not weird, accidentally pressed yes

Oh bless you, I would feel the same. Sorry to hear you’re going through this and that you had an argument with your mum. I had to stay overnight a couple months back and I was really scared but my hubby was only allowed to visit for like 2hrs a day. Try to remember you won’t be there for too much longer, call people to catch up if you can, and try to get as much rest as possible 🙏

Accidentally clicked yes, your most definitely valid in your feelings. You give a lot of emotional energy into caring for others even when it’s a visit but when it comes to you and your needs you see a lack of support coming from those closest to you. I hope you get some proper visits in the days to come or video chat some people during your hospital stay. I also hope your recovery goes well!
