How do those in SoCal make friends?

Hello! I’m a stay at home mom of a 7 month old baby girl and I just moved to Moreno Valley, California from Oregon. I don’t know anything about this place and I have no friends here! Just wondering if there are any types of places to commonly meet moms or groups for moms? Thanks!

Hey! I’m also from SoCal, Ramona to be precise, and I’ve been lucky meeting moms at the local parks. It’s a good place to go meet another moms with kids around the same age ☺️

I just show up at the same place week after week. Saturday we do a farmers market, thursday a park, Friday the library. Someone will talk to you eventually :)
