Is this safe for pregnancy?

I looked this up recently and everything I saw said it was fine so not sure where you’ve seen mixed messages? I saw it on an nhs site and a few other trustworthy sources 😊

Of course it's safe. Bacteria in yoghurt are mostly lactobacilli, part of a healthy gut microflora. Nothing unsafe about it x

@Alice tbh I was under the impression that all ‘live’ microorganisms aren’t safe. So I kept looking and it kept saying safe which confused me more lol

There's more live microorganisms on and in your body than your own cells (38 trillion vs 30 trillion) x

I really hope so lol as the raspberry one is my Absolute craving!

I make my own sauerkraut which is very alive and it’s recommend to improve your gut during pregnancy!! Same with kimchi and other ferments like kefir. Just careful with homemade kombucha as it can get a bit higher in alcohol
