What's everyone's giving their 9 month old for lunch? I feel like all she eats is sandwiches n weetabix 🤣

I give mine, soup, carrot sticks, bananas, toast x

We do a mixture. Sometimes it’s a sandwich and pick bits like some cheese, fruits, puffs. He loves an omelette and also pizza using a tortilla wrap.

My baby doesn’t eat a lot but it seems everyone else’s is wolfing down full meals! I have done some pizza pastry pinwheels but again he just has a nibble before throwing it

Sandwiches, picky lunch, soup, pasta jacket potato x

@Beckie don’t worry this is mine too! Loves breakfast. The rest he throws. I’ve went back to spoon feeding his tea too to get something in him xx

@Beckie mine is the same, maybe 2 swallows of food if I’m lucky!

@Sophie he was a proper foodie about 7 months and the longer we have been weaning he just eats less and less. Loves a melty puff sort of snack and puts every tiny bit of everything he finds in his mouth but not food 🙄 they do say food is fun before 1 but it is worrying

@Sara mine has never been a foodie! Then again I’m not worried yet as I have nephews who cleared plates of meals til about 14 months and now are very fussy / eat barely anything! I’m just trying not to compare to anyone else 😅

@Sara ah same here, anything he finds on the floor goes straight in his mouth but sit him at his high chair he isn’t bothered!

@Sophie yes my daughter didn’t eat a lot and she still doesn’t but she’s fine, everyone is different! Just hard not to compare when you see the photos of massive meals on here!

@Sophie I’m not too worried but he’s my 3rd and it’s hard not compare as you say. But my middle child is still an extremely poor eater at 5!! She’s just never hungry apart from breakfast so maybe my 10 month old is just the same. My eldest has always ate full meals and still I try not to compare the big two as I think my middle is going to starve but she’s not 😂

Also a huge hit for my 9 month old and 3 year old the other was homemade pizza. It was actually stunning! 180g cottage cheese, 2 medium eggs, 60g flour Simply mix all the above together, spread onto a lined baking tray & bake in a preheated 190°C oven for 20-25mins - Add tomato puree, cheese and toppings of choice & bake for a further 12-15mins. Really stunning!

I’m slightly envious of those who have babies that don’t seem to eat loads. I honestly can’t seem to feed mine enough. He will keep eating and when it stops winges for more. Today he had a sandwich, a whole avocado, 3 puff snacks and a kiwi. He still wanted more food! I’ve had to say no and now he’s having a tantrum
