How would another mother deal with a situation like this when your child father false to communicate with you about your 9 month old when the baby is with him ..

I’ve spoke to him about it multiple of times and nothing has changed , he always stated that he’s the father and can do whatever that he doesn’t have to contact me nor keep me updated about my child
Yeah that’s not okay but I have no idea how to go about it, does he have partial custody?
No
He never went to court to file out for joint custody or anything like that
So until he can respect your wishes I wouldn’t give him the access to leave with your baby.

That definitely needs to be a conversation because for me that’s a definite no. Unless they were sleep or busy doing something there should be communication just in case you want to check in or just generally miss your baby.
