Who’s still managing to run? Inbetween being nauseous 🙈

I have been averaging one a week half my usual distance and slower. But feel quite good after… wonder how much longer I will be able to keep it up

Dropped to once or twice a week rather than 3 times and gone from gym 3 times a week to 2 🫠 hoping will feel better in 2nd trimester

I’ve been managing once or twice a week but definitely feel a lot slower!! I feel so nauseous but surprisingly whilst running and afterwards I feel a lot better which is a nice little break from the nausea😃 but it’s the lack of energy that’s making it hard to get out and go! Xx
