Whatever prenatal you're taking, make sure your iron and calcium are taken separately. Iron and calcium taken at the same time cancels each other out. Always take those two separately by at least 2 hours apart for proper absorption.
I just ordered Mary Ruth’s, but I’ve been taking major prenatals on Amazon pink label.
