If you want liquid cheese too you can get shredded mozzarella wit some milk a little salt and let it melt slowly on the stove, don’t stop stirring till it’s incorporated. Toppings you could do Tomatoes, thinly sliced jalapeños, thinly sliced onions and avocados.

No you don’t, the mozzarella is just to make liquid cheese. The Mexican cheese is a crumble cheese but it’s perfection 🤌🏽💋 The plastic jar is Mexican sour cream topping.
