I never been a gym person, and around 26 weeks I have start doing daily exercises as I was very stiff. I have a week now of daily exercise like 20-30 min a day plus my daily 1h walk that I have done since I find out I’m pregnant. Easy and bit by bit - you will get better during the pregnancy you do not have to go crazy - just keep yourself active I enjoy it at I’m a very sedentary person
I’m usually a gym bunny, but the pregnancy aggravated some of my health issues so I only started doing some exercise recently. I started slow with just a short routine I can do at home before going back to the gym. I also try to clock 10k steps everyday which counts as exercise too.
Yeah defo! I didn’t go all my last pregnancy and then when I finished work at 36 weeks I was bored so started going and just doing some really light stuff
