Exercise apps

Anyone use a free excerise app that they would really recommend? Looking to start getting back into shape but need like a beginners beginners guide!

I also would love to hear what everyone is using, especially if it's free!

Not free but I often use "sweat" has some really good programs but I dont always have the self motivation to do them. I like body and mind, pilates and barre.

I dont unsubscribe because I got the yearly membership for such a good price once when it was on sale

I used FitOn in the past. When I make the time to work out again I will be using FitOn again.

I use Ladder. I love it. It’s not free but it’s worth it to me.

There’s Pregnancy and Postpartum TV on YouTube. There’s also some great beginner Pilates videos on Blogilates (on YouTube is free but there is also the app which has a subscription fee).

I like women’s workout. I also just type them up on IG coz I follow lots of PP fitness accounts and copy their workouts, I put on a Reggaeton mix on YouTube and just copy their workouts one by one for like 10mins each, to the beat of my fav music…. 4-5 different workouts and I’m done for the day plus 10mins of Hubbys’ weights

I highly recommend Pregnancy and Postpartum TV on YouTube. It offers a variety of timed exercise videos—ranging from 15 to 30 minutes—that cater to different schedules and fitness levels, including low-impact and cardio options. It's a great resource and I use it myself for pregnancy workouts
