I do a firm no and find something teether like so be can bite that instead
I’m so reassured to hear this because my little girl is biting a lot 😬 but it does seem to be like affection/playful! We obvs tell her no but sometimes we’re playing and she starts trying to bite my face 😂😂 but she’s laughing as she’s doing it!
We say no and he understands. Most of the time it’s playful and he doesn’t actually push down. But we still won’t let him. He did get my toe the other day when I wasn’t paying attention and it caught me off guard. It wasnt hard but I let out a sharp “oww” in shock. He pulled right back and didn’t do it again so might be worth a shot
My son does the same! I thought maybe coz he’s teething
My 10 month old does this but apparently it’s a playful attention thing babies do when they want to play I was telling him no till I found this out as I don’t want him thinking he’s in trouble for wanting to play if that’s what he might be doing now if he goes to do it I just say no thank you we don’t bite and play with him
My daughter bites me all the time. Only me never her dad. She'll just randomly bite me, she's broken the skin quite a few times as she has 6 teeth. It's agony. No idea how to stop it .
Biting us, books, clothes, shoes, toys, spoons, bottle lids, pram bar😅 I just pull her from me as soon as I know she’s about to bite and distract her
