Your health visitor can help with weaning information if you call. There's also LOADS online. NHS website has information too on what to start with etc. Ella's kitchen does a free guide you can get posted and download. Honestly. Spoilt for choice really. There's an app called solid starts but I just followed their Instagram because that's got loads of ideas on there too..they also do a book.

https://www.ellaskitchen.co.uk/join-ellas-friends You get a free weaning chart with all the veggies etc and some vouchers off pouches x
The solid starts app is fantastic
I use this weaning chart then the solid starts app to find out how to serve watch food item alongside a puree version at the start but that’s optional. https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/1883715605/?ref=share_ios_native_control
The solid starts Instagram page and app are great, used it for my eldest and will definitely be doing so again x
Thanks so much!!! I’ve seen the instagram- good to know it’s worth the money :)
I just use the free version of the solid starts app and solely use it just to see how to serve the food which is free. You don’t need to subscribe for that feature ☺️
There’s a book called ‘How to wean your baby’ by Charlotte Stirling Reid, has absolutely everything you need to know in there! What time of day to start with, how many meals, what food to serve for the first 30 days, general really useful info. Would highly recommend x
The baby academy do a free course called starting solids x
