My little girl did this when she was about that age! Normal I think!
My son has been doing this since he was about 18months. He is now 3.5. It could be a trait of autism but is also developmentally normal. It's hilarious to watch.

The specialist I had for my child said when they start the side eye thing, distract them away from that action. My son is getting better. 🩷
