Friendships

Does anyone else crave that supportive close friendship? I’m 24 with a little girl and I don’t have any mum friends, even before having her I just kept myself to myself. I’m struggling with not having that person I could go to or meet up for a walk or coffee just that ‘bestfriend’ relationship. It may sound silly but I’ve always been scared to make new friends in adulthood. Does anyone else feel like this or wish they had someone?

Message me x

I’m the same but I’m 32, people from my old friend group are mostly single or childless so I feel rather lonely, feel free to message me

I understand this completely. Making friends has always been hard and I get really anxious. I moved here from Dorset at the end of 2023 and my best friend moved to Spain last year. Feel free to message me always up for a coffee and chat.

I’m exactly the same I think it’s more common than people think xx

Yeah I'm exactly the same. I'm with my girl all day and dont meet up with any friends. Most my friends I had in school or college don't talk to me now. Some I meet where i used work but that alot older than me but not all time. So I understand. You can always message if you wish

Message me lovely I’m near Swindon always up for a chat 😘 we are the same age

I'm in the same boat! Nearly all my friends are in a different country and life feels quite lonely. I'm also shy and anxious, so that doesn't really help making new friends 😅
