I went to legoland 2 weeks ago and went on some rides. The danger is your stomach getting bumped/hit. If that didn’t happen, you’re fine. They also usually have a warning for the ones not recommended.
Bump didn’t get hit, no sudden jerking, was just quite fast spinning. I avoided the rollercoaster type ones, thought the toddler ones would have been fine but their website actually says it isn’t safe for pregnant people and now I am quite frustrated with myself! I have a midwife appointment tomorrow anyway so I’ll ask then. Thanks for your replies xx
@Samantha yes definitely ask tomorrow, if it makes you feel any better, last year in august i went to chessington for my sons 3rd birthday, id only known i was pregnant for like a week, but i wanted to go on a few rides with him and there was one bouncing elephants ride that i figured would be fine, i mean it was absolutely fine but after i saw the sign say no pregnant people, and i think it was just the up and down jerking that would be the concern but it was fine. that was very early in pregnancy whereas i feel the later you are, the safer it is so im sure it’ll all be fine lovely! Xx
if baby is still moving and feels fine then i’m sure there is nothing to worry about! if you’re concerned, just call triage for advice, say you did x y z and you didn’t think until after about the baby and now you’re worried and see what they say, they might tell you things to look out for etc. xx
