Letter pronunciation

Just wondering if anyone else’s little one is still struggling with pronouncing some letters? My little girl can’t really say ‘L’. She compensates by making kind of a ‘ng’ sound. She can say all of the other letters that I can think of and ‘th’ and stuff. I was just wondering if it could be something to do with her having a tongue tie or whether it’s normal at this age!

My lo doesn't say too much at the moment but my friends lo can put words together. Each have their own speed, it sounds like your LG is further along speach wise than mine. try not to panic, she'll get it.

I think a lot of the letters + sounds are still a really long way off, like 3/4, so I think that sounds fine.

Letter pronunciation isn’t really done until around 3-4, my almost 4 year old had no problems now but did always struggle with F words, she can say them now but apparently it’s very common for F to be the last one to come through. My May baby is the same with F at the moment but I’m not concerned because they learn eventually, and I’m happy with her speech because she is very advanced in what she can say x

Thank you all! Definitely worrying about nothing then 😂 x
