Spaghetti and meatballs

I’m planning on feeding my 6 month old the same as us, we are having spaghetti meatballs and tomato sauce. I’m aware the spaghetti needs to be cute up into small pieces but how do I serve the meatballs?

If they’re bigger than baby’s fist, they can be served as is. If smaller, they need to be cut up into pieces.

Looks fab! Don’t be discouraged if they struggle a bit to grasp it. Smaller pieces are hard for a young baby to grasp if they don’t have the pincher grasp. I found rotini and penne a bit easier when my daughter was little. Now she’s a bit older, spaghetti is her fav. But you may find your little one has no problem at all!

My question is does your baby have teeth? If not, I would strongly suggest blending the pasta up into a purée to avoid any choking hazard.
