Crawling with foot?

Does anyone else baby do this? 😅 She is constantly pulling herself up to stand and hated learning to crawl, I figured she would skip it altogether, but she managed to figure out how to get around using her foot and one knee. 😂 it's the funniest, cutest thing I have ever seen!

@Jarieliz I chuckle every time! It's crazy how fast they can get around like this. 😂💕 I've been trying to teach her to use her knees. Sometimes, she will have patience and let me work with her, and other times, she just growls at me and proceeds with the foot. She gets around faster this way. 😆

haha my oldest daughter crawled like this and my second sometimes do, i noticed when she's wearing a thick footie she crawls with both knees, i think it's because they're on hard surfaces and it can be a little uncomfortable, im getting my daughter some knee pads!

My kid would rock on hands and knees at first. Couldn't figure how to move forward. He catapulted forward. He then started moving by literally doing the worm. It was not long before this dude was all over the house. Like, oh, I have to actually baby proof now?

My baby hasn't even started crawling yet. She's almost 9 months. I'm little nervous

@Zacoriah, that's a good idea! I may have to get some, too... Now, if I could get her to stop trying to stand from the crawling position. She headbutts the floor, sometimes trying to do that. I'm about to make a padded headband for her or something. 😂

@Michaela, awww, dont worry! My second born wasn't crawling until 10 months old, and my first skipped it altogether. They all develop so differently and on their own time. 😊

That’s normal my last baby did that. It’s a version of in between walking. They don’t really wanna crawl but aren’t ready to walk

My bub did this at first but grew out of it

My son never crawled, he would use one knee and one foot to leap like a frog 😄it was the cutest thing. As long as she’s moving well and getting around I would say she’s reaching her milestone in the gross motor area, a pediatrician recently told me that some babies will not crawl and skip to pulling up and walking 🧐

@Michaela my daughter will be nine months in a few days and she’s not crawling yet either she will get in the crawling position but have not started the movements yet… I’ve questioned it only because my two older children crawled before 9 months but she was a preemie and I’m giving her some time

Well my daughter crawled my son used one foot and a knee😂😂
