I meal prep every week because who has time to cook three meals? I just look up high protein low calorie recipes on Instagram. At the end of the day, regardless of activity level, intake has to be less than calories burned to lose weight. So look into high protein and low calorie recipes!

I know greentea works well but you would have to drink it twice a day i think & the more water in a day the better as well of course. But a big factor (if you usually eat it) is to cut out any white like white bread, white potatos, white rice and white pasta out of your diet!! This should help if you originally eat it! Sorry i wish i had more ideas! Goodluck & im also in the same boat as you trying as much things as i can!!
