Help

My baby just had her 2nd episode of crying until she was bloodshot in the face and sweating and stops breathing she is crying so hard. I am the only one who can calm her down. First time her dad was holding her. This time she was in her carseat and I was driving and he couldnt calm her but as soon as I held her both times she stopped. She will be 11 weeks tomorrow. Has anyone experienced this or know what it could be? It is so scary😭

Sounds like colic / trapped gas. Do baby bicycle kicks and tummy massage. Gripe water is incredible. The two worst nights of my son’s life I resorted to using gripe water and I swear within 5 mins he pooped, ate and passed out. Like magic. Haven’t had to use it since. Sometimes when he would cry like that I’d blow on his face to cool him down and it seems to calm him for a few seconds so he could catch his breath. Hope it passes soon! ❤️

@KK i do those a lot with her it is just weird that when her dad is holding her she cries but as soon as i pick her up she is completely fine. Literally goes to sleep. Idk what it is

@Liv ah that’s just a good ol velcro baby. She’s young, she just wants mama 24/7. Dad doesn’t have a soft chest to snuggle on! And if you’re breastfeeding even worse he doesn’t smell like milk! It’ll pass!

They call it purple crying, my dude does it during diaper changes sometimes. I blow air in his face and he starts breathing again/back to normal

@Erin it is so scary😭
