As long as they’re safe just Put headphones on and go about your routine 😩 my son is the worst when it comes to tantrums and saying no or comforting him makes it so much worse sometimes the best thing you can do is just ignore them till they decide to calm down

@Hannah that’s what I do. I feel like I’m being hard on myself because I don’t want to turn into my biological mom. I get overstimulated very quickly. I do my best to ignore it and let her come to me when she calms down.

Reiterate it’s a no, redirect, ignore if tantrum continues, hold your ground Seasoned mom of 3 here with a 13 yr old who literally threw tantrums until he was 9 🥴
