Walks in Lancashire/Lake District🚶‍♀️

Hello! Now that the weather's picking up 🌞 I was wondering if there's anyone from Preston or surrounding areas that fancies some long walks, maybe going up to the Lakes for the day! I'm starting to get fed up of the same daily pram routes. I've just trialled my little one in his backpack carrier and he seems to be just about the right size which is exciting! I used to do lots of hikes in the lakes but I've definitely lost a lot of my fitness since having him so maybe not Helvellyn to start with 😂

We are off to the Lakes in a couple of weeks too and would love some recommendations for hikes with baby in the carrier backpack

Hello I live in on the edge of the lake district and we go often walking with our son in the backpack. I have plenty of walks in my personal blog. Easy and short one perfect to do with children. Hopefully you will find some you like. https://ourlakedistrictescapades.com/visit-lake-district-cumbria/walk/

@Shruti We did a walk to Rydal Caves to test out the backpack. It's a lovely walk and some nice views without being too strenuous!x
