Toddler tantrums

Help! I’ve gone from having a lovely kind, polite little boy to extreme tantrums like I’ve never seen before. He has tantrums but these are kicking/screaming/shouting and they just don’t seem to stop. My little boy was 3 in January. Nursery said his behaviour isn’t bad there but he is a little more reserved than normal. They also said that it could be the fact his sibling is due next month as they see that in children sometimes. Has anybody experienced the same? Any tips/books/anything to help get through this? I’m so worried that once the baby is here I won’t be able to deal with the tantrums and a newborn on my own!

The second baby book by Sarah Ockwell-Smith

I could have written this myself, my lovely 2year old has turned into an absolute nightmare

Thank you @Paulina I’ll check the book out!

@Katie it’s so difficult and draining! I understand there’s a lot of change but I’m struggling to manage his emotions without feeling like the worst parent ever!

I feel exactly the same, we went out for the day yesterday and wow it was awful. I felt like such a bad parent when I got home. Iv now started to panick how I'm going to cope
